You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from KROBAR Craft Distillery. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Spirits purchased from KROBAR Craft Distillery are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

A three bottle maximum purchase is allowed.

Due to the ever-changing nature of spirit shipping laws, we may be able to ship spirits, directly or indirectly within California and through a third party out of state. If KROBAR Craft Distillery is unable to ship directly to you, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, spirit prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by KROBAR Craft Distillery.

Spirits is a perishable commodity. Spirits do not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer weather may adversely affect the condition of your spirits during shipment. KROBAR Craft Distillery is not responsible for, and will not replace spirits that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your spirit order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the spirit becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
